By accessing or using the Site, submitting our intake form, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and authorized to submit information on behalf of the business identified in your request. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Try Business Loan is a first-party, US-based business-funding intake and referral website. We are not a lender, bank, underwriter, credit decision-maker, approval service, or funding provider. We do not approve or deny requests, set rates or terms, provide funding, negotiate financing, or give financial advice. With your consent, we may share your funding inquiry with independent funding partners.

You share information about your business through our intake form. With your consent, we may forward your inquiry to one independent funding partner per request, selected because its stated criteria appear to align with the information you provide. Every partner that may receive forwarded requests is listed on our Participating Partners page before it receives any request. Each partner decides whether to contact you and whether to make an offer. Any review, application, offer, approval, funding, rate, and term comes from the partner, not from Try Business Loan.

Submitting a request does not mean you will be approved, funded, contacted, or routed to a partner. We do not guarantee funding, approval, partner routing, partner contact, or any particular rates, terms, amounts, or timing. Any decision about funding is made solely by the independent funding partners.

The Site and our communications are for general informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and we do not make recommendations as a financial advisor. Consult your own qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete, and to keep it updated. You represent that you are authorized to submit the business information in your request and that you have the right to provide any contact details you submit. You are responsible for the information you provide.

When you submit the intake form and agree to the required consent disclosure, you authorize Try Business Loan to share your funding request and contact information with one participating funding partner per request, and you agree that Try Business Loan and the selected partner may contact you about your request by email or a phone call made by a person.

Calls or texts made using automated technology or a prerecorded or artificial voice happen only if you also check the separate optional consent box. That optional consent is never required to use Try Business Loan, submit a funding request, purchase any product or service, or obtain funding. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or asking us or a partner to stop contacting you, as described in our Privacy Policy. A partner or its funding source may separately ask for its own consent later.

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as by email or through the Site, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

Funding partners are independent third parties. Try Business Loan does not control, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any partner’s communications, review process, products, offers, rates, terms, approvals, funding decisions, disclosures, or legal compliance. Any funding relationship is solely between you and the applicable partner.

Try Business Loan may be compensated by funding partners through referral, accepted-lead, or funded-deal arrangements. You do not pay Try Business Loan to submit a request. Compensation may influence which partners receive your inquiry, but funding is never guaranteed.

Using Try Business Loan and submitting a request is free to you. If a partner funds you, your costs, rates, and terms are set by that partner, not by Try Business Loan.

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; submit information that is false, misleading, or not yours to provide; submit another person’s or business’s information without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site; or use the Site to send spam or to infringe the rights of others.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the “Try Business Loan” name and branding, are owned by Try Business Loan LLC, its Try Business Loan brand, or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for your own legitimate purpose of requesting funding assistance. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including funding partners. We provide these links for convenience only and do not control or take responsibility for third-party content, products, or practices. Accessing third-party websites and services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including how, with your consent, we share your inquiry with funding partners. By using the Site, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy.

The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any request will result in funding or partner contact. Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Try Business Loan each waive any right to a trial by jury in any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought within one year after the claim arises, or within the shortest period otherwise permitted by applicable law if that period is shorter. After that, the claim is permanently barred.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Try Business Loan and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your dealings with any funding partner, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the total amount you paid us, if any. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Try Business Loan and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms or any law, the information you submit, or your dealings with any funding partner.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the “Last Updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Try Business Loan regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor, including in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms.
